Firstly, we want to let you know we are delighted that you are a recipient of an ESTHER card!
Here is some information you may need about your card:
Your ESTHER Card can be used to buy goods and services everywhere Mastercard Debit cards are accepted except for restricted items which include:
- Cash Withdrawals
- Liquor Stores
- Gambling
- Adult Entertainment
To activate your card you need the four digit ‘Activation Code’ given to your ESTHER representative. If you do not have this or do not remember it please contact the person who spoke to you about ESTHER card.

ESTHER Card’s transaction viewing is currently handled by our partner site ‘www.reliefcards.com‘.
You can see your transaction history by following the link.
Your card is reloaded on the first of each month for the duration of the program.
You will be informed of your monthly amount by your ESTHER representative.
The ESTHER Card is issued by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard U.S.A. Inc. Card may be used everywhere Mastercard Cards are accepted except for restricted items*. Valid in the U.S. If lost or stolen, contact us for a replacement card. * Use of this card is restricted at certain high risk merchants. These include, but are not limited to gambling, certain online purchases, liquor stores and adult entertainment. Cash withdrawal is not available with this card.
